I have a server case with 6 5.25 bays and was looking for a motherboard that could handle 8 IDE devices. After reviewing several brands and models from Asus to MSI, none really grabbed me as what I was looking for. I finally found the KT33 DRAGON ULTRA. It has the onboard RAID, but you don't have to use the RAID. I found this out after I purchased it and was reading through the manual before I installed it. I have been very pleased with its performance so far and would recommend it to anyone.
Is the board stable? The Dragon is sure pretty... How does it overclock?

Overclocking is done in the bios. I haven't tried it yet. I need some tips on how to unlock my cpu. The board seems to be very stable. And yes it is very pretty.

get it unlocked for a small fee here http://ada-interlock.com/XPmod/ if you have a newer amd cpu unlocking involves taking a dremel to your cpu to disconnect bridges. On the 2100 and 2200+ cpus the L10 bridges are switched around as well as some on the L3 and L4. Basically to unlock these chips you need to reset all the bridges back to what is on the xp1600+. Then your motherboard will detect the CPU as a 1600+ but you will have full overclocking capabilities with the advantage of it being an xp 2100/2200+ cpu. The guy in that link will unlock it for $30 USD and does a good job of it. I havnt had mine done yet but i have talked to him because before i even thought about it i wanted to make sure he could be trusted and what not, and from what i gather he can be. I woudlnt recommend anything i woudlnt do myself, and once i pay off bills ill be sending my chip to him <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
