Looking at the performance of the Parhelia on other web sites I must say the Parhelia looks like it's suffering from immature drivers... It looses badly to the GF4 Ti4600 and most of the time to the Radeon 8500 in everything, yet the card has a very high fill rates. This to me looks like lousy/immature drivers. <BR><BR>Not surprising honestly just look at their G400 line of cards... It had way superior chip design to nVidia's TNT2 and 3dfx's Voodoo3 yet it performed only on par in D3D and was horrible in OpenGL (history lesson <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">). I wonder how long it'll take Matrox to get the drivers right for the Parhelia. It'll probably be too late to save the card though. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> Such a shame, so much potential!
