I've seen that there is an Athlon XP 1900+ processor that has a new core (and costs more). Is it worth buying the new one? What's different?
The AGOGA is actually not the latest stepping... AGOGA is what all XP2000+'s are, they're basically saying that the XP1900+ has potential to reach XP2000+ speeds.<BR><BR>If you're looking foro a new CPU though, try to get an AGOIA. Those are the best overclockers, many do 1.9 GHz with air cooling! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

How about Tbred? Does it use the same set of numbers?<BR>
The T-Bred uses similar stepping codes. I don't know them right now off hand, but I'll update ya in a bit. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
