Hey Colin, good luck with the P4.&nbsp; I have a friend that has a 2.0 P4 and he loves it.&nbsp; I really hope you get your "speed-freak" fix.&nbsp; Me personally will stick with my XP.&nbsp; I am with AMD 'til death do us part(had a bad experience with Intel).

I gave into the dark side.<BR><BR>Got myself a P4 2A, 512MB PC800 RDRAM (PC1066 is almost impossible to get here in Canada! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">) and a Abit TH7II-RAID mobo... Unfortunately I'm at work right now so I can't play with it, but I'll let you know how it goes l8r tonight! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Welll the CPU isn't a very good overclocker... Only does about 2.5 GHz semi stable. Of course right now I'm playing with a 1.6A, 512MB PC800 Samsung RDRAM adn the TH7II-RAID and it performs very well! While this is nothing really, I was pretty happy with my first P4 adventure...<BR><BR><img src="http://colin-s.50megs.com/P4/chipset.gif"><BR><img src="http://colin-s.50megs.com/P4/memory.gif"><BR><BR>Those benchmarks shots were taken at a 143 MHz FSB. That's where my PC800 RDRAM maxes out. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> I'll be getting some PC1066 very soon, hopefully it'll allow me to overclock higher! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
