nForce2 a worthy competitor?

with the upcoming KT400 coming up.. any of you guys think that VIA has a lot to worry about as nVidia tries to slowly eat away at what was once VIA's own AMD pie? I mean, in terms of integration for a high performance product.. Abit with their MAX series mobo's.. and Soyo with their DRAGON series.. VIA has very strong partners in those two companies among many others.. do you think the AMD chipset market is becoming a little overcrowded also?

I haven't seen any benchmarks yet, but the nForce2 sure has some impressive features.
