Not sure if this will help ->

Because your recycle bin is a systems folder make sure ZDelete hasn't removed the original
Coz if you delete it you might encounter some problems
Try starting up in MS Dos mode and delete it from there
Or re-install it over the top of the last one, then uninstall.
What O/S are you using?

I'm sure there's someone out there who knows what to do.

......Oh and Welcome to the Stats

You could always reinstall your OS. If you do be sure to back up any files you want to keep.
Use F8 to go to safe mode at startup, then delete it...you should be able to.
Any luck Guywithacoolname.

nah man, i can't do anything :*(

anyyyyyyyooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee e..........................
Once again I’m not sure if this helps.

Go into search (find files/folders) and do a search for ZDelete
Go through the list and look at the properties of the files that are connected to
ZDelete. When in properties take down the MS Dos name of the file.
Boot the computer in Dos mode, then try delete from there.

Just a question – does this program replace windows recycle bin all together or does it
Use windows recycle bin as a back bone and just whack on a few more options.
pretty little borders (you know that kind of crap)
Have you tried to delete it from your registry in the regedit?

I was just recently made aware of that myself. Just trying to spread the knowledge.
