View Full Version : I have it(9000 Pro)!!
Also theres a MX 200-400 or something like that... a friend has one
im not talking about the 2 individual ones like theres a MX 200 and a MX 400
this is a 200-400
I received my video card last night and I will tell you that card smoked the 7500 I had. I don't have the full version of 3dMark but with the basic version it gained a little over 2500 pts compared to the 7500. It is only the 64MB version but I highly recommend this card to anybody looking for an excellent card but with little to spend. I bought mine for 90.50 USD w/tax.

Thats pretty good. Did you ue pricewatch? How do you know if its the real thing on there? the descriptions don't help much.
what was your actual 3dmark score?

max those are real .. all pricewatch is . is a price guide .. click the info on the site in the discription and you will be able to go to the site that has that product
I don't have it written down but I will post it tonight when I get home? It will probably be around 10:30-11PM because our server is screwed up here at work.
I'm sorry..it was a little over 1500 pts. My score was 7376 with the freedownload version of 3dMark. I'm to cheap to by the Pro edition.

Not a bad score m8! nice jump up from the 7500

btw, the 3DMark 2001 Pro version is no different.. just gives a results browser and some image quality tests. The score are still generated using just the 4 game tests.
I am going to run some more tests on it like using Glexcess that can be found at www.glexcess.com. Does anybody know where you can get the Quake benchmarks or is there a cheat that can tell you the fps? If anybody knows of any other benchmarks they would like to see with this card please tell me where to find them and I will try them for you!!!!

I did try to overclock it with PowerStrip but when it get to the Wavey Water test on 3dMark I would get a blue screen and the system would restart. I am going to mess with it some more and will update you guys on that.

the radeon 90000 is compairable to a geforce3ti200 (that is what u ment, right? there is no geforce2ti200) and the 9000 pro is like a geforce3ti500.
Thanks GNXtreme. Pimpin Joe that reallys is my score so have some hope for ATI...HaHaHa. I am going to try and overclock this bad boy tonight. I did find some ATI overclocker on warp2search.net or .org...I can't remember but I am going to try that one out tonight too. I will update you tomorrow morning hopefully!

GNXtreme hit F12 to take a screenshot in 3DMark.. save them as a .bmp somewhere I think.

Juan I'd avoid DX9 for the time being if I were you, I've seen people have lots of problems with it. It shouldn't be too long before the final product is out I wouldn't have thought.

Thanks KA...
I did raise the engine to 279.00Mhz and the memory to 280.75Mhz(561.50Mhz DDR). I scored 7456 on 3DMark. I tried raising both to 290 but at the Advanced Pixel Shader my system jumps to the blue screen and then restarts so I am going down in Mhz from there.
I FOUND IT!!!!!! Here is a link for anybody who wants DirectX 9 beta..It Works: Text

ummm....i must be doing somethiing wrong with my ati 9000 pro...i only got a 4519 score....what res are you using and soforth....it scored about the same as my old gf2ti200 did....
After installing DirectX9 my scored droped to 7036. What are your system specs SerialThriller?
I use the Standard Settings on 3dMark. Your score sounds like GLExcess ratings. If you are using this benchmark it is only OpenGL.
ATI Catalyst 3 is out..I'll let you know what it does with the 9000.
I meant 2.3. Here is my score: Text

I purchased an ATI-powered Creative RX9000PRO with 64MB on board and was told by another forum member that 8500LE with 128MB on board is better. Can someone comment on this. Many thanks.
