ok boys and girls, it's about that time again. (Once a year) To get my ass a new computer. Now, my question here is motherboards. Here is what I need;
-AMD
-RAID
want;
-on board sound/LAN
-DDR (If possible)
-ATA133

I dont want to spend alot of money, but i don't want crap. so no ECS. I am thinking of getting a duron 1000 or so, maybe even an XP if i can buget for it.

As a side note, what is the chipset for the Clawhammer? anyone know? because i --really-- want one.

My suggestion would be the Soyo SY-KT333 Dragon Ultra....It has all the things that you want. I spent about $150.00 USD on mine but I love it.

RAID stands for "Redundant Array of Independant Drives". Basically what that does is it uses multiple drives and is read as one drive. Which that can increase access times. I am no expert so, go here to learn RAID.

you might like to consider the EPOX 8K5A3+ which should be cheaper than the DRAGON Ultra. I have just bought it after scouting around,so can't guarantee BUT it has KT333/VIA8235 chipset,4xDIMM slots,6xPCI slots,4xRAID slots,onboard LAN and 6ch audio, and 6xUSB2 as well as the usual ports - and good reviews. Installation and BIOS went OK,FDISK next........
