I just downloaded NVrefresh 2.0 and it works. WIN XP has a capped FPS of 60 while playing Ghost Recon/ Desert Seige. This tools detects your monitor/video card settings and saves the higher settings to your registry. Basically, it gets rid of WIN XP's 60 fps cap for GR/DS.
