Lol,<BR>well<BR>i just found:<BR>PC DOS<BR>Version 6.1<BR>with Compression<BR>layin around... went diggin and found it.<BR>Think i might convert from WinXP Pro to PC DOS... lol j/k<BR>anyways<BR>this is like... DOS, w/o MS... you know, the DOS that doesnt have MSCDEX.exe, meaning i cant actually have a CD-ROM or anything like that... w/o finding the REAL MS-DOS and getting it...<BR><BR>lol, anyways... just thought you'd like to know

I remember PC-DOS 6.1! I got it with my old Patriot 486 DX/33! Haha, those were teh days. I honestly still like DOS myself, it was a lot of fun to play with.

ok, I am currently trying to repair a 6.22 W3.11 pc... where can I get a disc ? the old lady this belongs to is very fond of it, and wants me to fix it ( free ofcourse) <BR> anyone have a suggestion ? on where to find a start up disc, or can someone email me one ?

It shouldn't be too hard to find on any one of those peer to peer filesharing networks.<BR><BR>You know the ones I'm talking about.

You can get a boot disk from bootdisk.com, but downloading one of the original msdos 6.22 disks may be tricky. You will probably have to use one of those, you now, programs. <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.bootdisk.com/">Bootdisk.com</a>
