Internet Explorer 6.0 Refresh?

A lot of websites I look at look like I've already seen them. I hit the refresh button and the website updates. How do I get IE to update the site everytime I go to it?

I had that same problem... would this help fix your problem....<BR><BR>goto Tools (in browser) > Internet Options > under the Temperary Internet Files section click on "settings" > Check for newer versions of stored pages should be on Automatically.<BR>does that help

I switched it to "everytime I visit the page". It was on automatically and wasn't working right. Hopefully this will fix it. Thanks!
