mE_sTiR how deep are the scratches?

If the scratch kit doesn't work, you can always return those CD's to the manufacturer for new ones... You may need to pay shipping charges, but developers are usually pretty flexible about those things and will replace the CD's for you.

some game company charge a fee of like $10 to replace damaged cds....have you tried covering the whole cd in Highlighter and than wipeing it off i did that once to a scratched cd and it worked

Put em in the Freezer for a week.
Make sure they are in a sealed bag.
Then as soon as you pull them out throw them straight into your CD rom and make a copy.
