To know what you guyz think is the best video editing software around for PC<BR>I'm looking for one with heaps of features (heaps of special FX, wide range of file format encoders etc.)<BR>And would anyone know of a good DivX encoder<BR>Any help much appreciated <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
Adobe Premiere is decent for video editing, as for DivX encoding just get the DivX 5 codec which is wicked
Sorry NaSTy, can't help you out with the software, but Iceman is right, DiVX 5 is pretty good.<BR><BR>I also like the old 3.11 Alpha, I find it has the best IQ.

Pinnacle Studio???<BR><BR>You should be able to encode using the DivX codecs...try getting the Pro versions. Or maybe the software is crap.
