well like i said<BR>its got the asus colours (brown)<BR>but on the agp heatsink thing it says "amptron" all the onboard crap is sis<BR>its got 1 4x agp, and 2 PCI slots<BR>well i hope you can help<BR>ill try and post a pic a little later, i just need to charge the batteries for the camera

A picture would definitely help... CompSnake, did you try using <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.sisoftware.co.uk/?dir=&location=sware_dl&a=&lang=en">SiSoft Sandra's</a> motherboard information? It maybe able to tell you what mobo you're using. You don't see any model number anywhere? Even ECS/PC Wave place model numbers on their boards...

actually colin dont worrie about it, its almost dead now, its barely working<BR>heres what happened<BR>my agp port died on me and it not detceting my one cd rom<BR>its running very slow, and my computer guy says its gonna die at anytime<BR>hopefully it will last till next monday (feb 10th) cause thats when my k7n2-l should be in

its like 6 months, maby 7<BR>in gonna send it in for warrenty once i get my new one

look around the pci slots .. it shoud have the model number and name there. look on the pci slots as well for stickers that might identify the board .. if nothing there then try around that ram ... those are the usual areas for finding what the board is.
