wuts the best nforce2 mobo? for overclocking and like extras like raid and 5.1 sound
Currently the best overclocking nForce2 is the Epox 8RDA+... I got mine up to 214 MHz FSB and I'm pretty sure I can go higher if I get better northbridge cooling.

It does not have RAID though and the 5.1 audio is AC'97!

I like my MSI K7N2. Great performance, extremely stable, and if my CPU wasn't a dud, it would overclock well.

I know her, I'm talking about the one below
The MSI is nice, it's a great value board for sure... Probably be quite difficult to find a name brand board that's cheaper...

Shiznit, that's Winbond BH-6 DRAM! The best you can get!

YEAH shiznit!!!.. get wit the program !
I can vouch for the Asus A7N8X when it comes to extras.

6USB (4 integrated, 2 addon)
Firewire (don't know the names, but one little plug, one big one.. hehe.)
Dual LAN (one 3COM, one nVidia)
5.1 sound with S/PDIF for Dolby Digital support.

I don't know how it does when it comes to overclocking. I haven't been able to find any reviews either. But I trust Asus for good quality boards. There's a feature so that if your CPU runs too hot, it automatically shuts down. And then there's the Q-Fan bit, which controls your fans according to heat.
The Asus is nice... I'd expect you could hit about 200-211 MHz FSB with the A7N8X but not much higher...

When it comes to overclocking nForce2, the 8RDA+'s only rival is the FIC AU11! But they're the same motherboard anyway...

Here take a look yourself!

the A7N8X i have is a great board. it's got all the extra features that you asked about plus overclocks great. ONLY!!! if you have the latest bios 1.002 i have my 2100+ t-bred overclocked to 2600+ @2.13 Ghz. plus the dual channel memory i just love it. just make sure you get the 1.002 bios update. the origial bios is very buggy.

-bam!
