Score in siggy. Well I still haven't figured out any real tweaks, that's just hardcore overclocking.

I dled 2003 but forgot which drive I had loaded...and didn't have enough space to save it, so I have to re download it. Then I might have a score.

I'll just wait and see =) I downloaded it yesterday at work and burned it on a CD, but I forgot it here yesterday... I was preoccupied with trying to get out of the parking lot and getting home damn snow... I had to shovel quite a bit to leave lol
Oh man, I love Canada, but I hate snow...

JLAudioFan after you finish teh test make sure you post a url for us!
one of these days i will rip all my hardware out of my computer that isnt needed in order to run .. then i will benchmark and see what i can come up with lol. but i think i am pretty much limited in score with what i have now. i am gonna work on some more tweaks.

the same services tweaks that where done for 2k1 work somewhat if you all are interested.. you can gain probaly 50-150 more points depending on how big your tweaking balls are in the services

i am also running pretty much a stock registry at the moment .. i will see what kind of tweaks i can pull up out of there for you all some time soon.
Pimpin Joe, I usually do a clean install with all my tweaks and such then ghost it to an image... I guess I'm lucky cuz my test rig is not my main computer!

Sometimes I think I should test with my TH7II-RAID instead... It's an awesome overclocker, I can get it to 160+ MHz FSB!

WTF is the 4th test? For some reason it skipped over that test... I guess my comp couldnt handle it... especially after seeing 5.5fps on the 2nd and 3rd test....

haha... im silly.... I forgot that I had AA and AF enabled... got a bit better of a score... 1597. That's with the new release detonator drivers... but when I installed them, my tweak utilities went away...

I could do better if I could adjust my core/memory settings

link:
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=257740
JLAudioFan Game 4 requires DX 9 compliant hardware that's why you can't run the test. Only currently the Radeon 9500/9700 class of cards can run it and it makes up for a huge percentage of the overall score.

Still, you got a pretty good score for a GeForce4 Ti4200! Try using RivaTuner to adjust your core and memory frequency.

I'd care, but that takes too much energy up

Haha... Your card is still an awesome gamer, don't worry about it!
With a PS2 who needs a PC for gaming? It's all about the benchmarks
I say you need to get the Gigabyte board As long as you don't mind splashing $250+ USD on it...or somewhere in the neighbourhood of 40k¥.

Colin....I think if you had a good 512MB Module of some DDR433 your scores would be higher. I know in general you can get 256MB modules to OC more, but I think you could get a 512MB Module to run at the 438Mhz speed you got there. Expecially considering that WinXP eats up quite a bit of RAM, and 3DMark2003 is getting to be a bigger program. Another thing I would try if I were you is to overclock your VC even more...the highest you can get Windows to run stabley on, and then start 3DMark03 and start blasting your VC with compressed air. You'll probably need 2-3 Cans to get you all the way through the benchmark, but with these two suggestions I think you could make 6100.
Shiznit, I thougth so too, but I tested it out recently and having more memory does not help the overall score because 3DMark03 is so videocard limited.

Haha, who said I didn't already do that! LOL, I'll need to voltage mod this baby if I want more out of the core... I guess that's a pet project I can do over a wknd.
