NTLDR is missing

I get this NTLDR is missing error when trying to boot from my onboard SCSI/RAID.  If I boot from my regular IDE1 it goes through just fine.

i had this happen too. Sometimes my vaio will crap out and give me this error. I tried replacing the file but it doesnt make a difference. I had to reformat.
