PCStats Needs YOU to Fold!

LOL, I wonder how long till I drop out of the top 10! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">

There are 1200+ users registered to the PCStats forum and about 120+ folders. If everyone else joined in and only folded ONE protein, we'd move up much much quicker. If you leave your computer on all night idling, download the small F@H program and put it to work!

Talk about a fold taking forever....I'm doing a XX/200 and have been working on it for about 30 hours....it's 43% done. I better get 100pts for this.

I find it amazing how fast we moved up the ranks. The support for the team is unbelievable. I'm amazed to see 130 people folding for us, and hopefully we'll keep growing. We're really going to have to if we plan on getting past that 100 mark. I think the team in 100th position is still pulling away from us, but at the rate we're going, we'll catch up fairly shortly. Congrats to all. Join Poly and eat a cookie.

Shiznit, I'd say we're catching the 100th place team... They only have 30 active processors and last time I checked we were 11000 points behind them. Now we're only 9k! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Shiznit I was working on one of those monster 200's that go so slow. The one I was doing was 55 points.. but this morning my power went out and I lost the fold. I was at 162. Sighhhhhh.

I've done XX/400 folds in less time than this that were worth 73pts. I'm hoping for at least that. If I only get 50pts next time my comp starts with one of these huge XX/200's i'm going to crash the program so it loses the WU and starts a diff. one.

I think there's a way to specify what kind of proteins you get so you don' t have to crash the program every time. I don't know how though...

Right Click on the fah_core65 in the taskbar and select configure from the menu, go to advanced and near the bottom is a prefernece for a project, select the project you want and you're good to go<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
