I just ordered one of my co-workers a new rig... got him an EPoX 8RDA+ board, with 2 512MB samsung pc3200 ram chips, a new XP2500+ Barton, and a geforce4 TI4800SE vid card.<BR><BR>I can't wait to get that mofo put together and overclocked! I gotta wait for it to ship here though <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"><BR><BR><BR>I'll post 3dmark scores as soon as i get the stuff together <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
the 3dmark 2003 score might not be as high as you would expect tho. since you're using a dx8 based complian video card.

u could use 2002 or 2001
there isnt a 2002 <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> <BR><BR>just 3dmark 99, 3dmark 2001/2001se, and 3dmark 2003 <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
I hate proggies that skip years, none are as bad as windows.... 1.0, 3.1, 95, 98, 98se, 2k, me, xp??? wtf is with that convoluted deal?

Well I can see why Windows skips years, because if they produced a new OS every single year, they wouldn't sell too many of them because people would get fed up with tryin to keep up
JLAudioFan like the others said 3DMark2001SE may be a better measurement of your new CPU's power! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"><BR><BR>Howard BAM! one of my other friends recently got his hands on a Barton 2500+ and could get 2.4 GHz on <b>air</b>! The Barton takes over where the T-Bred B left off. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

I wasn't planning on useing 3dMark2003.... That proggie's kinda harsh =/<BR><BR>I'll stick with 2001SE. I'm sure this system will kick ass.
<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0"> I can see ya hitting 17k with your current videocard which would be awesome! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Ahh! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Haha, still, I expect 17k out of an AIUHB CPU too! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
