maybe, if I remember right it has to be a continous name with no spaces but maybe fah does that for you. Try "The_Equalizer" and double check team number. The way it works is you have to turn in a wu and then in the next stats update you should be listed.

from what i am looking at right now. your name is TheEqualizer, so that is exactly what you should put into F@H. the exact team name without all the mumbo jumbo.

you need to restart you client if you edited the config file so the chages will take effect. I'm positive about the console but not sure about gui.
