auto paint?

Anyone got it? Anyone got a going price for autoshop's painting your case? And also...do you think they will paint a case? It would be a waste of a lot of paint<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> Was just wondering, I am thinking of having my case painted and not putting a window in.

it really all depends on the paint you want to use. auto paint usually sells in pints (or powder mix .. but that is usually high end there) ... but you will find auto paint anywhere from say 5bux a pint, to 500 a pint (USD of course) ... and I dont see why a auto shop would not paint it. hell its more money for them <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"> <BR><BR>I am not sure what they would charge though .. call around and get some price qoutes <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> ... price of painting varies form place to paint so its hard to tell.

Well I figured I'd hit up a maaco shop here, of wait till summer and take it with me to Modena and get one of the shop guys to paint it there while they are doing the Enzos. (A machine paints the cars with long production runs, but the specials are always hand painted. That way I'd get the proper red too<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">)

All this talk about auto paint makes me want to repaint my case...thanks guys...now my wife really is gonna kill me...she is so tired of me messing with my computer...I just need a new mobo and will have hers done so that she will quit <B><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: yellow" face=verdana>beotch</FONT></B>ing at me....<BR>
