well I still have to get a better cpu cooler before I start to overclock it...all I have on it right now is a stock aluminum hsf....

Granted, but that stock 1700+ is running against my stock Slot-A 900MHz T-Bird with just a heatsink and a case fan zip tied on(LOL! don't ask...).<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0"> No way to OC that baby due to HP and their retarded useless BIOS.<BR>Those stock aluminum HSFs aren't bad. My Barton hovers around 44C.

my 1700 is running at about 52'C...I don't know if I should try to up the fsb any or not....

I placed my HP on top of my Chieftech tower and turned it facing out. I've got my dual window fan blowing in to cool the house (was 80F when I came home) and the HS on that pos is cold as ice right now(I don't have any monitoring software on it). Try taking FSB up a step at a time and see how that affects the temperature. You can always back it down if it gets uncomfortably warm. I think I'll be modding my desk this summer so I can keep the overclocked case up to intake the cold air from the A/C unit I'll move to that window later on.

I am gonna be cutting some holes in the side of the case soon for a couple more intake fans....it only has one 80mm stock...and two 80mm exhaust + the ps exhaust....I will probably add a couple of 92mm fans in the door for intake.

52 is the aggregate score but the F@H site says we are 50 and about 1000 points out of #49 so we are gaining but it will be a slow go for a while , but hey we are still out producing alot of teams ahead of us and we will catch them as long as we can keep up the good numbers
