Totaling 17. A few came in during lunch. If I ran the world all smokers would have to register in order to buy cigarettes. Then in the future if you were to have health related problems based on smoking, your health insurance provider would not be responsible for covering the costs of your treatments. A few painful years of cancer, followed by a premature death would most likely limit the number of smokers out there.
