how do you overclock your memory. im not sure what to do. please help me. 3200 in question what would be safe? safe voltage? safe overclock?

I'm somewhat conservative so I try to keep with in spec as muh as possible voltage wise. I try not to go beyond 2.7V~2.8V. 2.7V is considered within spec of most DDR RAM (2.5V ± 0.2V)<BR><BR>Speed and timing settings are in the BIOS of most motherboards.
