I just recently bought an ati9500 and whenever i play, i get really crappy fps and the game laggs a lot,(on singleplayer), does anyone have these problems or know how to fix them. With my old gforce2ti i got better fps. and more stability on this game.

neg, it works fine at 1600X1200 4x AA 6x AF at 80-120 fps for my ATI 9800pro It helps to have 1 gig of mem I think. Vid card is biggest part for games, especially online ones where your computer doens't actually have to compute the AI.

-Will.

It's definintly the RAM! When I first started with BF1942 my Dad and I both had 256MB of RAM. He had a Radeon 9000 and I have a Radeon 8500LE. We both experienced laggy game play. We both upgraded our RAM, he went to 512MB and I went to 1 GB. After that everything was good for both of us. No lag, I run 1152x864 res and full textures and effects. Hope this is helpful!

I agree. I just installed the Secret Weapons demo, and haven't had any problems with my 9700Pro running it. I love driving those tanks!
