Overclocking a P4 3.06

I have a friend that is asking me about overclocking his P4 3.06...I am not that familiar with them and would like to know if there is anything different from doing it on my AMD...I am pretty sure he has the P4 Soyo Dragon Ultra Platinum mobo...he will be sending me the actual system specs...I just thought that I would get and Idea of what kind of task I am looking at here.

it basically works somewhat like an AMD, with some slight difference, since P4s are quad pumped. basically use the same FSB overclock and multiplyer machanism. i've never oveclocked a pentium before so i can't get you the detailed on that. you might get a better luck writing colin an email.
