What are your fps in Battlefield 1942?

<BR>I'm not sure if this sound's right but with the specs I have, on low settings i get 30-60fps. Would new memory and a processor boot up those framrights? I'm pretty sure my video card is fine, isnt it?

I have a crappy VAIO with 480 RAM, a Visiontek ATI 9100, and a P4 2Ghz processor, and I get like 30-100 fps. I'm sure your fps would jump a lot higher if you added some RAM. I'm probably gonna get some more RAM in the future.

BF1942 is a memory hog. When I started playing I had only 256MB of RAM. After upgrading to 515 everything was better... I'm not sure of my exact frame rates but I know my performance skyrocketed after that. My VC is a Radeon 8500LE 64MB.

Definitely a memory issue (I'm running 512). <BR>BTW, how/where do you get the fps rate in this game?
