is there a "msconfig" for win2k?

Am wanting to test my rig with stock speeds but i have lots of progs installed such as Norton anti virus, software firewal etc. how can i shut the down or not load them at all when win starts so i can run the benchmark w/o other progs using resources? (running win2k pro sp3).

unfortunately there is no msconfig in win2k. you can either go into each program's preference and disable startup during bootup or inside registry run program string.
