best benchmark for overclock stability?

what is the best benchmark to test for the stablility of an overclocked system? i would like to know the best freeware and the best shareware programs so that i can be sure of the stability of my system. thanks.

Prime95 is probably the best software to use for detecting system stability. Do a Google search and install it. Then run the torture test. If it makes it through 24 iterations you can probably rest assured the system is stable. I found if mine wasn't stable it failed before 10 iterations.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
