Personally, I think Doom 3 looks a lot scarier. It's seems to have a much more sinister feel to it.

What about Duke? I'm holding my breath for Duke Nukem Forever. Mind I'm not really holing my breath otherwise I will have suffocated and died about a hundred times over. But I am sure "when it's done" has to be soon, or eventually. Anyway being a Duke fan I am sure that Duke Nukem forever will rock... better than Doom III and Halflife 2.
