Now its not that I don't believe him, im just cerious if anyone has had any experience
CompSnake I had an AIUAB XP 2400+ and an AIUGB XP 2700+ and they both did about 2.4 GHz... There are a few guys here who had AIUHB XP 2100+'s that did pretty well.

It's all in the stepping my friend.

You're running your OCZ PC3200 at 50MHz over stock?

but I figured it out colin, 200x15 = 3000mhz (3ghz). I could do it, I can do anything if i want it bad enough... as is my understanding.

If you remember the ZX81 or Commodore C64, people overclocked these to ten times+ their original speeds by whacking up the power. Course, they only lasted about 5 mins

ShiftyGeezer

I have an AIUHB 2000+ running at 2088MHz. Stock is 1667MHz. I think I could go high but me RAM is holding me back. Like Colin said "it's all in the stepping."

Hey Compy I got the same mobo and cpu as you and I managed 2.4Ghz (unstable). But it seems to sit nicely on 2375Mhz... Temp doesn't seem to be a problem on my machine
Let us know how ya go

You guys are weak! I can get mine to boot very unstable to WinXP at 2.7Ghz (2.2v V-Core), but it crashes out almost immediately. I can run parts of 3DMark at 2.6Ghz (2.2v V-Core), and I can run everything perfectly fine at 2.5Ghz (2.0v V-Core). For the sake of my processor, I run it at 2.4Ghz (1.85v V-Core) most of the time just so it lasts more than a few months
