Ok, I have my TT Xaser III V2000A case, and I just bought some sleeving for the wires. Only problem is, I can't figure out how to get the sleeving on the wires. any help would be appreciated
You need to remove the plastic molex connectors from the wires. Remember what order they lined-up in the molex connector. Put the sleeving on the wires, if you are using heatshrink to cap the ends of the sleeving, you will need a heat gun or a hot hair blow dryer and heatshrink the ends. Put the molex connectors back on with the colored wires in the same order as they were in before you took the molex connector off. I hope this made sense to you.

If that didn't make sense, then here is a step-by-step with pictures. It's a little more complicated than you might think at first.
That molex removal tool has to be handy too.

That looks like a really neat mod....and it should be fairly inexpensive...hmmmm.
