Abit nf7 diff?

Hi..me again <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> <BR><BR>Have a question of the ACTUAL diff between the straight abit nf7 and nf7-s... when I read the specs, exact same thing excpet for the audio, something Im missing? they both run 200/333/400 ....but theres a $40 diff...? plz show me the light
