Last time someone asked me about the best chipset cooler I knew of I told them it was the Swiftech NB Cooler. I like the little fan on it....Do you know how many CFM that thing pushes?

6.3cfm....but I bet on my rig with the 92mm Tornado there would be enough overflow from that 119cfm that I wouldn't even need that little fan on there.

What kind of a difference are we talking here? I see how keeping the northbridge cool will help with stability, adding to the overall overclock potential. But how many extra MHz on the FSB are we talking about here? Is it really worth it?

How many more Mhz...that all depends on the board. Every piece of silicon is different. Is it worth buying a Swiftech northbrige cooler....probably not. But at least you'll know you have the best

Im just looking for a good one so when its overclocked and generating more heat its cooled enough. Cool parts are longer lasting parts!!! Thats my concern

You could also try out the Micro Cool Northpole, here is a review LINK

The only place I've been able to find the North Pole was Sidewinder Computers. Best Customer service of any online store I have ever shopped at though. One note, if you get the North Pole, it would probably be a good idea (hinthint) to lap it. Apparently the manufacturing process leaves grooves in the base, and mine came with surprisingly deep swirls (no mirror finish here).
The Northpole probably works better than the Swiftech, but only because it is an all copper model, while Swiftech seems to like the copper/aluminum blend. Sort of the comparison between the MCX462+ and the SLK800-A. The SLK comes out on top.
