Stevo the BM scores in my sig are what I got with my AthlonXP 2000 and Radeon 8500LE. So yes they are low!

With my 2500/9800 I hit about 14.7K stock... I was messing with OCing and had around 18.5K...

I was going for 20K. I had it the CPU at 2.2GHz and the VC core over 400 and the RAM over 630 (can't remember exact) and the PSU burned out during the nature test and of course shut the system down! No other hardware damage... I have a generic 420W unit in now because that's all my retailer had in-stock. But I am getting a Thermaltake I think before I try to break 20K again!

Don't you think it's time to change your sig to reflect your new rig and benchmarks?

Yeah yeah.. the new stuff just came yesterday. I haven't got a BM worth posting with the 2500/9800 machine yet... maybe tonight after work though... stay tuned!

What are you talking about that you don't have benchmarks worth posting? Your benchmarks with everything at stock speeds still whoop my setup! You're just lazy about changing your sig!

I've read, here a lot, that the 9800 is signifigantly faster than 9600 Pro. When I was looking for an upgrade from my Radeon 8500 I was told that the 9600 would not be significantly faster (that's why I chose the 9800). So, I think you are doing OK... but I don't really know.
