For some reason my internet explorer doesn't say Microsoft Internet Explorer on the top it has something like FCB©[<0>] . does anyone know how i can fix this? It isn't that important it just bothers me... Thank you

Hey Shinigami, welcome to PCStats!!!<BR><BR>Could you give us a bit more info? How did it happen? Did you do something different (load up new software, ran an update, etc.)? When did you notice the change? Also, what OS are you using?
its a simple registry hack that someone or osme software has changed...i can't remember the reg key off hand but you should search "FCB©[<0>]" in the registry andn you can delete that registry key!!...hope it helps

I think it is a registry hack thing. I got it after i went to some website i don't remember or know which one it was. I am running Windows XP Pro. I searched for FCB©[<0>] in my registry but it didn't find anything. If you could find out which key it is, that would help me out a lot. Thank you

nevermind i found it...HKEY_CURRENT_USER>>Software>>Internet Explorer>>Main>>Window Title...if you were wondering...thanks!

I am going to find that Key and change it to something wacky!<BR><BR>Edit - Moments later...<BR><BR>I can't find the value so I'll need to create it obviosly. Anyone know what type of value it is? Also what is the <BR> <i>exact</i> name of the value (With spaces or underscores etc...)??
