Right click on that keyboard>settings>add>Select input language>choose keyboard layout>click ok>another button should appear on language bar "EN"(usually)>change to desired language by left clicking on "EN" or whatever it is>left click the keyboard icon>choose which keyboard layout>have fun<BR><BR>Changing language(shortcut key) = alt+shift

Well, right click on the website, encoding, Japanese.<BR><BR>Maybe checking those boxes in the code page conversion table under the advance tab(Regional and language options) will help, Also, under the language tab(Regional and language options) checking the boxes under Supplemental language support will help. Since Japanese is a East Asian language(not too sure, but install it anyways) and it's also a right to left language when written in columns. So check both. You should be able to read that afterwards..<BR><BR>The above only applies to Windows XP, both professional and home edition.<BR><BR>If you are using ME and lower, u have to go to microsoft's site and downloading some language pack..(if my memory serves me right)

Your instructions didn't fully help me. When I choose the language and try to type in it, the coding just switches back to "Western" which is U.S. English. The "Key Settings..." is what I use because the other way doesn't work for me. The problem is that not all the different codes are shown in the list. It only goes down to Finnish even though I have every language pack installed.

Wow, your post reminds me of Shenmue. I know Shenmue isn't in China, but Shenmue II is. If you have a Dreamcast you probably know what I'm talking about.
