ie help (again!!!)

i accidentally clicked 'Always ask when downloading this type of file' button when downloading a zip file now whenever i download one it doesn;t ask me for a destination it simply downloads it straight away...is there any way to reset these setting so i can once again choose where my stuff is downloaded to??

i'm not too sure but u might wanna click on tools in the Internet explorer window and go to internet option, and then click on the advanced tab and scroll down to see if there's something related to enabling automatic download or sumthin

no luck...tried there already and couldn't find anything

open control panel and go into folder options.<BR>Click on the file types tab<BR>Then click the zip file type or most probably would be winzip if u use winzip<BR>then click on the advanced tab<BR>the check the 'confirm open after download box' <BR><BR>try it , might work not too sure though
