for some reason every time i open up my out look express (newest version with office xp) it says "Microsoft Outlook cant load speech recognition files. this feature is not currently installed. would you like to install it now?' and it lets me chose yes, no, or hit the x. i always do no and the x but then it says "error 1706. setup cannot find the required files. check your connection to the network, or CD-ROM drive." and this never ends. any idea how to not get it to look for it. with all honesty it worked fine for a long time and then all of a sudden for no reason it started asking me that i dont know what to do.
