Help! With Internet Problems

Hello, I am having trouble buying stuff from webstores. I tried Finalizing my order at a webstore called tronixweb.com, but when I click on the Finalize button, it goes to a "cant find website" page. My friend told me he had no problem when he ordered from tronixweb.com. How should I fix this? Please help!<BR><BR><BR>Hello I also noticed that i cannot go on any secure websites

Welcome to PCStats Pancho12!<BR><BR>This secure website problem is actually quite common. First look after the easier possibilities. Do you have all you Windows updates, especially those for IE6? There was actually a bug preventing IE6 on Windows XP from accessing secure sites, but a patch has been release for that.<BR><BR>For more help it woulde be helpful to know which version of Windows you have, what browser and version you use, if you have any other security software....<BR>
