I have this really annoying homepage that i did not set and it will not change when i try some thing else. it always goes back to the same page. How can i switch it and get it to stay?

run <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10045910.html?part=69274&subj=dlpage&tag=button">adaware </a> this should get rid of any spy ware you have on your computer .. this is most likely what is causing this. <BR><BR>also run an anti virus ... if you do not currently have one, you can do a free online scan at <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan">Panda Software</a> ... i highly recommend this software over any other anti virus. it will find virus's that even norton wont find. because panda software updates atleast once a day with latest definitions.

search the page that it keeps going to in the registry and change it in there - that should stop it from doing that<BR><BR><BR>but also do as pimpin joe says and run adaware

How do you search it in the registry?

start > run > regedit<BR><BR>and then edit > find<BR><BR>from here just enter in the url that keeps hijacking internet explorer
