its kids in the uk jumping on walls, thats not strange, whats strange is me going out for a dart (cigarett) and hearing skinny ass 10 year old girls talk about how much they weigh, and that they been starving themselvs, jennifer lopez could come at my door half naked and i still wouldnt have been as surprised as i was then, whats this world comming to

cool dan

I am my own masta, hehehe all u gotta know how to do is to lever your body properly to achieve maximum velocity and force ;)

EDIT- On and even if u get me on the ground it would be hard to get on top of me, and if ur dumb enough to go down with me then u gotta worry about not being squashed by my weight...

how much do you weigh? i'm only 5'9 but i weigh 215(no i am not chubby, i do work out). i think i already posted this but my nephew is 14 and like 6'2 like you dan.

PCgeek
06-25-04, 09:15 PM
ya u did post it. Im 6'3" and 265 lbs, and unfortunatelly yes I am chubby :( but I will be working on that starting july 1st ;) I dont wanna lose weight though, just turn it into muscle. 265 lbs hurts if u know how to put it behind ur fist ;)

sure does:) do some cardio for a while to get the fat percentile down then mix in some moderate heavy lifting. do weight that will allow you to do 6-8 reps for 7 sets. trust me. this lets you lift heavier than you would for those high set programs and more sets than the super heavy low rep programs. best of both worlds. but start off with a month of pretty intense cardio and nothing else. it'll get you preped for the lifting and you'll last longer in the gym when the lifting starts. good luck bro'

Ok u got me, I was doing 100 a month ago, I did it for like 4 days. Then I started doing 75 and this last week I was doing like 40-50. Now I'm doing 0 cause some ******* stole my bike

EDIT - This time it really was stolen, I didn't just leave it at my friend's house and forget about it lol, for those of you who have chatted with me on msn ;)

U think I waste money on that shlt??? I go to my high school weight room lol, I wouldn't pay money to work out, I hate it as it is, I just do it cause its "good for me"

LOL....since we are on the topic of size....6'4" 265lbs...and the whole bigger they are harder they fall shiat is kindof funny...cause my arms are longer than most people's legs so you have to get close enough to me first to take me down...LOL...

PCgeek

Right on GNX :D It doesn't take much for me to break a jaw... a jab will do it ;) Then again I would do throw a kick and knock fecking heads off...

i love working out, especially walking 4 miles, and jogging 2 miles every day (i don't jog more cus i'm a heavy guy at 225 pounds (used to be 235 in july :) ) so i get joint damage from all the impact) but when i hit 215ish ima start jogging more, and then theres always the ladies at my gym :D (oh yes, and i'm not huge fat, around 19% body fat, a bit more then where i should be, and 9% more then where i will be)

Wow. I think I may be proportionately the skinniest one here. I'm 6'2" and 150. I've been this weight for about 7-8 years though mainly because of running. Parkour sounds cool, but being as tall and skinny as I am, I don't think I would have the coordination necessary...just regular running for me! Hope to do another marathon in August...
