does any1 use swiftech watercooling system or innovatek cooling system? are they any good to use for overclocking? because i've seen their temp in 45 c in some posting and that's the average temp. for a regular fan cooling... any ideas what to use?

Yup that was my setup, that 45C average is at 2.6ghz 1.75V in a toasty room. i've got to fix a big dent i found in one of my radiators (I think its constricting flow) although it seems high its lower than high end air cooling and much quieter. If you're going to get a watercooling setup try and get one with 1/2" tube rather than 3/8" for better overclocking. my system isn't really a swiftech or innovatek, more homemade with 2 pumps and 2 rad's.

so i guess having dual pumps and dual rads would help a lot? does the chipset cooling even worth it?
