Alright, I'm trying to build an AMD Athlon 64 ect..

I need a heatsink but the one that I was going to get is out of stock. What can I get that will be equal, or atleast good enough, than the other one.

Out of stock (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=35-109-114&depa=1)

One that I found (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=35-108-022&catalog=23&manufactory=BROWSE) (questionable)

Dude that second one is a heatsink for a motherboard chipset... U don't have to buy it from newegg. Search zipzoomfly, gameve, svc, ect

Stability with the high FSB speeds.

When you raise the FSB, you are making your mobo and ram work harder. You may need to raise the chipset voltage to make it stable at the higher FSB setting. Higher voltage means higher heat production, and the heat must be dissipated or else it will destabilize the system. Again, the idea is not that the chipset coolers are going to give you phenomenal performance boosts, but every little bit helps, eh?

I would spring another $17 and get that one.... I've heard nothing but good things about ThermalRight's Heatpipe coolers

Exactly. That's why when Tom's Hardware overclocked their Pentium 4 to 5.25Ghz, they had a Vapochill cooling the northbridge.
