YAY!!! My Jet 4 is in transit to Mi casa. Ya gotta love free second day shipping, But anyways ill cut to the point, i would like to use a program to monitor temps cuz i dont have one, ive tried Mobo monitor 5 and found it extremly confusing to set up, can i get sum assistance in setting it up or are there any other programs that are compatible with my mobo (asus p4r800-vm)
dont all asus mobos come with asus probe? check the cd that came with your mobo.

you bios wont show your temp during a heavy load tho
jus found asus probe on the website and got my temps my mobo runs at 27C and cpu is at 43C that is a huge diff like 29degress F hopefully my jet 4 will bring it down a lil hopefully alot and with the asus probe i also found out my voltages and my vcore is at 1.5 that seems a lil low isnt it?
OMFG that site is fine <a href="http://www.asus.com/support/download/selectftp.aspx?l1_id=1&l2_id=11&l3_id=0&m_id=1&f_name=probe22301.zip~zaqwedc">Here ya go u lazy bum :p</a>

Ok i came home from work the jet 4 is siting by the door i pick it up go in side rip open the box and its beautiful and HUGE!!!!!first thing i do is check my cpu's idle temp with stock heat sink and fan 109 degrees F. so i shut down the comp open the case take out the old heat sink and fan and start to install the jet4 well it comes with a speed controler and it can either goto a pci slot or a 3 1/2 bay and i didnt want that thing stickin out the front and didnt wanna use up another pci slot so i used the slot where my cathode controler is drilled a hole in it big enough for the jet4 speed controler and continued the install i cleaned of the old cheap thermal grease i had on the cpu and put on the artic silver 5 that i bought and put the cpu and jet4 into place and fired up the comp, and i thougth man this thing is gonna be LOUD, but it wasnt and it was running max speed, i proceded to windows and started the asus probe and the temp was at 89 degress Fi was DAYMN and then it started to drop even more so i let it run idle for about 15 min and come back and its now sticking at 79 degrees F and the Mobo is at 75 degrees F and house temp is 80 degrees f. i am yet to put a load on it im jus letting it sit at idle to see if it will get any lower, but so far i am very pleased with it 30 degrees F temp drop :D
will post pics of the jet4 when i get them on my site

It's not even really a fan, it's like a turbine.

Try PC Wizard. CPUID Website (http://www.cpuid.com) If you can't find it then you should be ashamed of yourself. It's really easy to use and has all the info you'll ever need about your system. It also has voltage/temp. monitoring.
