Futureshop's offering the MX-510 mouse for $30, and Staples has lowered their price on the red edition of the mouse to match the price. I tried to pricematch it at Staples, but they said the blue and red ones weren't the same part number so I couldn't do it. Some guy at pricenetwork was successful on the pricematch and ended up getting it for $11. Urrrrrgh. Anyway, still a good deal in my opinion, kudos to pricenetwork for pointing it out.

Uhhhh, wireless mice are absolutely useless for any game. Ask anyone.. The MX-510 is the best mouse currently available.

wtf is up with you ppl, i love wireless mice, and they are the best for any game, you don't have to worry about the tug-o-war with the wire, and their response time is great, sure they don't have a sh1tload of dpi, but the only time you need that is when your camping, and you shouldnt be camping ;)

*mx1000 pwnzors you all :)

I like the wired mice for two reasons, and these are purely based on personal preference, I can certainly see why Nova likes his wireless. 1. They don't use a battery, I don't like having to charge my battery or discard it. 2. They are less heavy.

its not how far i am, its how my comp is positioned, to my left... and its more wires for me to keep track of, and i have no idea what you kids are talking about, yes my dads cheesy wireless mouse is sh1t, but my M$ mouse rocks, and the logitech wireless mice are much better, i bet all of you who are still using wired mice would turn your backs on em after a day with an mx700

i hate mice pads, and i don't find it heavy at all, its not like i pick it up or anything, just sllide it around, and the mx1000 is looking very promising, aldo i haven't payed much attention to it

Now I have to defend my MX700....I too was skeptical about wireless mice but now that I have used one I hate using wired mice. The MX700 is by far the best mouse I have ever used. As for it being heavy..I don't even notice it...it slides smoothly and has a very comfortable grip. I have read reviews where the MX700 out performs the MX900(bluetooth) in gaming.
