I gave Gateway their shot, so hopefully Dell will be able to get them a little better than Gateway. I just ordered one from Dell and cancelled my Gateway order (crossing my fingers along the way). Good luck if you decide to go with this one.

When I tried to order the card it asks for a Healthcare Client & Enterprise Provider Number? Whats that? When I tried calling Dell about the card they had no idea what I was talking about. Do you have to be a teacher or a student?

You will find the pro under home & office but you wont find the XT PE card.

Hmm. . I don't know, I placed my order and it went through no problem, although I haven't received my confirmation email from Dell yet. I just received an email from them telling me that they've received my order.

Well, I'm sorry to say that Dell had no idea what I was talking about when I called and asked about my order. They couldn't bring up any sort of order history from my phone number. I received the acknowledgement email from Dell letting me know they received my order and were processing it, however I never received the confirmation email with my customer number and my order number. The woman I spoke to said if they couldn't find anything on me, then the order probably didn't go through, and if I didn't receive an email by now, the order probably won't go through.

Oh well, I'm tired of waiting for the stupid card anyway. I broke down and ordered an X800 Pro today from the link Nova gave and added a $10.00 surge supressor to get coupon code "10X?7T68?R4ZD3" to work. I wound up paying $333.00 for both of them after shipping (which was free), so I consider it a pretty decent trade-down. $333.00 is roughly 80% of the price I would have paid for the X800 XT PE and the X800 Pro performs roughly 75-80% as good as the PE, so I'll be happy until next year's upgrade :)
