first things first! sorry for placing this same question on the videocards section..... wasn´t thinking...
anyway, the store called me and told me they were out of that ASrock mobo i´d ordered..... and asked me if i wanted the Giga-Byte GA-K8VT800M instead, for the same price ( they said it was a better board than the other, main difference was that this one has 3 pci slots against the 5 on the asrock)
not that i took they word for it, but i told them ok....

is it ok??? ( i should´ve asked u guys first... but better late than never, right?)

Yeah that's actually pretty good news. Though the Asrock boards are nice they are definitly built with 'low cost' in mind so they don't perform quite as fast as say an MSI or Gigabyte board with similar specs. I would say the Gigabytes is an upgrade however nominal it turns out to be.

was hoping to get all the stuff today.....but NOT!!! they told me only on monday OR tuesday!!!! dam!!! ain´t FAIR::: wanted to start the assembly on the weekend ( to have some help from a cousin of mine...) guess i´m done for it..!

Edit: didnt kno what i was saying :P...but yea the gigabyte board is better :p
