Okay, it says that the xFx GeForce 6800gt needs a agp 2.0 compliant agp slot.

System Requirements
Pentium® III/4/Celeron™ or AMD® Athlon®/Duron®
An AGP 2.0 (or higher) compliant motherboard. Some motherboards violate the AGP specification and therefore this card may not physically fit in some systems.
128MB of system memory
Installation software requires CD-ROM drive
DVD playback requires DVD drive
The GeForce 6800 Ultra requires a stable, 12-volt power source for best performance, reliability, and enjoyment. For GeForce 6800-based graphics cards, NVIDIA recommends a power supply with a rating of 350W or higher. To over clock your GeForce 6800 Ultra for maximum performance, NVIDIA recommends a higher rated power supply.

GeForce 6800 Ultra boards will have two standard disk drive power plugs on the back end of the card. Both power connectors must be connected for normal use. You may use a Y-cable or connect two dongles off of the same power cable if plugs are short for normal use. To overclock, you should attach two independent (not shared or split with a y-cable) hard disk drive power dongles from the system’s power supply to these plugs.

Recommended
Pentium® 4 or AMD® Athlon® XP/64

yeah its probably your PSU, the mobo will definitely work. AGP v2.0 is the new 4x/8x AGP with 1.5v ;) May I suggest the Aspire 500W for a new PSU? ;)

get an antec ture 430w or 480w, that looks like a very cheap psu to me, and since its not true power the most you'll ever prolly get is around 400w out of it, and again it looks like a very cheap psu

as for the case, i hear antec has the best quality one of that type, but yea its pretty nice (you could get an antec that looks like that, with a 430w psu for a total of 120$ just to let you know)

I found out my problem for the siren. I was looking at my video card last night, and noticed a power supply port in the back. I didn't bother to think about what its for. So I'm like WTF!? Why isn't this pos working? So I plugged in this nVIDIA TnT2 32 mb AGP card, works fine. So I tried plugging my 6800gt back in didn't work. I was getting really frustrated. Then I took it out and saw the plug in again. I'm like what the hell I'll try it. AND IT WORKED! hehe. So thanks for all the help..lol I can't believe the problem was right in front of me the whole time haha.
