I cloned my old system to a large hard drive. Everything worked great except when the system boots, it is showing 582MB hard drive instead of a 30 GB hard drive. When I go into the BIOS, it doesn't let me change it. When the system boots all the way up, the drive shows the full 30 GB. If I leave it like that, will there be any problems later? If so, how can I change the BIOS? Thanks

You should be able to change the size of the drive in the BIOS. In the device listing you should see your HD. Set it as user defined and you'll be able to manually set the number of heads, ect...
It seems to me though if your OS will use the space fine dont fix it if it aint broke...
Question though what happenes if you use up more than 582 MB of space?
